We offer on-site training for your male coaches, staff, and board members. Our usual training consists of a Friday evening and a full day on Saturday for a total of 10 hours training. We use lots of multimedia with PowerPoint, short videos, and several interactive videos of real client situations. We like to present in a relaxed, roundtable-type setting and we provide all training manuals and handouts for all attendees. We would be happy to give you a detailed training proposal with no strings attached if you contact us.
Dadhood Zoom
We also have an online ministry called Dadhood Zoom that has 3 unique resources:
Online Trainings are live, limited training sessions that are an edited version of our on-site trainings. While not being on site limits what we can do, we still want to help equip your staff and coaches as best we can online.
Coach’s Roundtables are live meetings with all your coaches as a group to share, discuss, and brainstorm. These sessions are meant to be a “shot in the arm” for your male coaches, for team building and accountability. We’ll take a look at your men’s outreach together. If we have done a training with you before this is a great time of catching up.
Leadership Forums are live meetings with your staff, board, and/or volunteer leaders. These sessions are for centers that may be considering starting a men’s ministry but have questions and concerns, or for centers that currently have men’s services but want to plan or discuss it more deeply as a group.
If Zoom attendees gather in the one place we think these events could be combined with a meal such as a weeknight dinner or Saturday breakfast to help make it a time of fellowship. All our Zoom meeting times are very flexible.
Nothing we offer is meant to create a profit but we hope and need to cover expenses. The cost of Trainings, whether on-site or online, depends upon the needs of your unique ministry. There is no cost for Roundtables and Forums.
